Eagles Host Notre Dame in ACC Finale

BC plays its final league match of the regular season this Friday
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College men's soccer returns to the Newton Soccer Complex this Friday to take on Notre Dame in their final league match of the season. Kickoff is slated for 7:00 p.m. and the game will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra.
DROPPED MATCH AT SMU
• Boston College suffered a 3-2 defeat to SMU this past weekend
• Johannes Hanken Tjostheim scored two goals
• Russell Brown finished with two assists while Aidan Farwell recorded one assist
• Andrej Borak made four saves
THE EAGLES
• The Eagles enter the game with a 6-7-1 overall record and a 1-5-1 league record
• Hanken Tjostheim leads the Eagles in points (16) and goals (8)
• Ask Ekeland and Russell Brown are tied for second on the team in points with nine each
• Bryan Toro, and Nikolai Rojel each have two goals
• Borak has posted four shutouts thus far, making 53 saves across 12 games played

• Notre Dame comes into the contest with a 7-4-4 overall and a 2-2-2 ACC record
• The Fighting Irish are coming off a 2-1 defeat to NIU in their non-conference finale on Tuesday evening
• Former Eagle and two-year captain of BC Diego Ochoa is a member of the Fighting Irish this season as a grad student
