- To assist in developing a cohesive Athletics Department strategy for access and opportunity, inclusive excellence, and social justice
- To collaborate with Student-Athlete Formation & Success (SAFS) to host access and opportunity and inclusive excellence programming
- To make retention and inclusive excellence recommendations to the Director of Athletics via the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services and/or the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
