

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BC ATHLETICS APP, DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS VIA EMAIL
Step 1: Once you order your tickets online, you will receive an email with a link to your tickets. Open the email on your phone and tap the link of the event name you wish to add to your digital wallet.
Step 2: Click on button to add to your digital wallet (Click “add” for Apple Wallet or click “save to phone” for Google Pay App). It is recommended that you save your tickets on your phone to ensure quick and easy access to your tickets when at the gates.
Step 3: Present your mobile ticket on your phone at the gate. Gate attendants will scan the barcode directly from your phone. Each mobile ticket should be kept secure and treated like any other valid ticket.

WHAT DOES A MOBILE TICKET LOOK LIKE?
A mobile ticket contains a unique ticket verification or QR code. It also contains the customary ticket information that you are familiar with seeing on a traditional paper ticket, including game date, time, and seat location. An example of what your mobile ticket will look like can be seen above.
ONCE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE, HOW WILL I ACCESS THEM?
You will be able to manage your tickets through the BC Athletics mobile app or online at BCEagles.com. First, search "BC Athletics" in your app store to locate and download the app. Upon downloading the app fans will see an initial login screen to set preferences to receive push notifications for sports of your choice. This initial login screen is not tied to your Ticket Office account. Once notification preference have been saved, fans can log in to manage their tickets by clicking Tickets in the bottom right-hand corner and logging in using their email address and password tied to their Ticket Office account.
HOW DO I ENSURE THAT I CAN ACCESS MY TICKETS ON GAMEDAY VIA MY SMARTPHONE?
We recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to gameday. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON THE SAME DEVICE?
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
CAN I EASILY TRANSFER MY TICKETS?
Yes, you can quickly transfer digital tickets to other fans. To transfer, simply:
- Sign in to your Ticket Office account within the BC Athletics mobile app or online at BCEagles.com
- Select the event and specific seat locations you would like to transfer
- Enter either the mobile phone number or email address of the recipient
- You will be sent a confirmation once the transfer is completed
CAN I STILL TRANSFER TICKETS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ADDED TO MY WALLET?
Yes, you can still transfer your tickets via the BC Athletics mobile app or online at BCEagles.com. The ticket in your wallet will be voided once transferred. You will notice the "Hold Near Reader" message will no longer appear on the ticket.
HOW DO I ACCEPT A TRANSFER?
- You will receive a text message or email with a link to accept the transfer.
- Login to your existing Ticket Office account, or create a new account.
- You will then be able to accept the transfer and add the tickets to your digital wallet
CAN I PRINT OUT THE QR CODE AND USE FOR ADMISSION?
No. Digital tickets must be scanned off a smartphone for entry.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A SMART PHONE?
Call the BC Athletics Ticket Office at 617-552-GoBC to make other arrangements for your tickets as soon as possible.
