Admissions Policy
Every person entering an event needs a ticket. Infants and toddlers, ages four and under are FREE.
Address Changes
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the Boston College Ticket Office of any changes of address. Changes of address may be emailed to athtick@bc.edu, by calling 617-552-GoBC, or mailed to BC Ticket Office at 140 Commonwealth Ave., Conte Forum Rm 245, Chestnut Hill, MA, 02467.
Delivery Methods
Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the Boston College Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the venue on the day of the game. The BC Ticket Office is located at Gate B on the Beacon Street side. In order to obtain tickets held at the box office Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not claimed at Will Call.

ADA Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout BC facilities, with locations dependent upon the type of event and seating configuration. To purchase accessible and companion seating or exchange tickets for accessible locations, or if you have any questions about ADA seating, please contact the Ticket Office at 617-552-GoBC (4622) so we can best accommodate your needs.
Three (3) companion seats are made available for purchase per wheelchair accessible seat, when possible. Please note that companion seating is limited and availability and seating locations may vary by event and seating configuration.
Fan Code of Conduct
The Boston College Athletics Department is committed to maintaining a safe, and enjoyable environment for all patrons, staff, players, and coaches. We encourage positive behaviors among all. As a result, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Checks should be made payable to “Boston College Athletic Dept.”
Refund Policy
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. If an event is canceled, postponed, or moved, fans will have the option to choose between a refund or credit to another game (if tickets were purchased directly through Boston College).
Faculty & Staff Ticket Information
For season tickets, faculty/staff members can receive a 20 percent discount off the individual price of the tickets. This discount must be applied ahead of time at the office and can't be done on game day at the window.
Olympic Sport Ticket Policies
Admission is free to all regular-season home events for Boston College Olympic Sports. Postseason and/or tournament games may require a ticket purchase. Please call the ticket sales and service office at 617-552-GoBC for details.
BC Athletic Ticket Office
The BC Athletics Ticket Office provides ticket services online and from its office located in Conte Forum Location. The Ticket Office is located at Gate B just inside Conte Forum. Parking is available in the loop next to Conte Forum. The Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET

- General Public Will Call: Located at Gate B, inside of Conte Forum.
- BC Player Guest Will Call: Located at Gate D of Alumni Stadium. Distribution will begin when gates open, 90 minutes prior to game.
- Visiting Team Will Call: Located at Gate B inside Conte Forum.
- Media: Credentialed media must check in at Gate C of Conte Forum .
- The BC Ticket Office opens four (4) hours before kickoff.
- Winter Sports (Basketball & Hockey)
- General “Will Call” and Player Guest tickets (men's and women's) is located at the Ticket Office at Gate B.
- Will Call opens two hours (2) prior to tip off.
- Player Guest opens one (1) hour prior.
