BC will host eight games at Conte Forum during the non-conference portion of the 25-26 slate
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College's 2025-26 non-conference schedule is complete and is highlighted by eight home dates - including a visit from LSU for the ACC/SEC Challenge - a preseason exhibition matchup with UConn, two true road tests in November, and a trip to the Shriners Children's Charleston Classic in multi-team event play.
On Monday, Oct. 13, BC will face Connecticut in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame exhibition doubleheader.  The Eagles' and Huskies' men's and women's basketball programs will play a doubleheader at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. Â
Head coach Earl Grant's Eagles' squad will host LSU on Dec. 3 as part of the third annual ACC/SEC Challenge.  It will mark the first-ever meeting with the Tigers on the hardwood.  Boston College will participate in the Shriners Children's Charleston Classic on Nov. 21 and 23, held in Charleston, S.C.  BC is among the four-team field, along with Davidson, Tulane, and Utah State.  Matchups, tip-off times, and ESPN network designations will be announced at a later date.
BC opens the 2025-26 campaign on the road on Monday, Nov. 3, heading to take on Florida Atlantic for the lid lifter in Boca Raton, Fla. Â It will be the fourth all-time meeting with FAU. Â It also marks the first time the Eagles will begin the regular season with a true road game since the 2013-14 campaign (Nov. 8, 2013 at Providence).
The Eagles open their home schedule on Thursday, Nov. 6, hosting The Citadel. Â The game is the third of a three-game series with the Bulldogs. Â BC hosts NEC runner-up Central Connecticut on Tuesday, Nov. 11 before playing the second of two true road tilts at Temple on Saturday, Nov. 15. Â The game finishes a home-and-home series with the Owls as BC makes its first trip to Philadelphia to face Temple since the 2002-03 season when the two teams met at The Palestra in the second round of the NIT. Â
A pair of home games bookend the trip to Charleston for MTE play. BC will host Hampton on Tuesday, Nov. 18 and will close out the opening month of play with a local matchup against Harvard on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
After the Dec. 3 ACC/SEC Challenge matchup with LSU, Boston College will welcome New Haven to Conte Forum on Saturday, Dec. 6. Â In its first season as a Division I member, it will mark the first-ever meeting with the Chargers.
BC and UMass will meet in the Basketball Hall of Fame Classic in Springfield, Mass. on Wednesday, Dec. 10.  It will mark the 48th all-time matchup - and the first since the 2014-15 season - between the two schools.
The game will air live nationally on ESPNU at 7 p.m.
The Eagles will close out the home non-conference slate with a pair of late-December matchups, hosting FDU on Monday, Dec. 22 and Le Moyne on Sunday, Dec. 28.
Home and away opponents for 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference play have been released.  The conference has shifted to an 18-game format, featuring a traditional rival (Notre Dame), a variable rival (Miami), and then a slate of home and road-only opponents. This season, BC will host Cal, N.C.
