BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Junior Julia Barron set a school record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.68. She topped the previous record of 1:01.01 that was set back in 1998.
- In the same event, freshman Emma Taylor ran a personal best 1:01.19 which now ranks third all-time at BC.
- The pair also set personal records in the 100m hurdles with Taylor finishing in 14.84 and Barron at 14.99.
- The 4x400m relay team of freshman Monica Heil, senior Claudia DiSomma, senior Robin Gross and junior Molly McCabe finished in 3:42.65 which ranks second all-time in BC history.
- Senior Fallyn Boich and freshman Amanda Sinkewicz both advanced to the finals of the javelin. Boich placed eighth in the event with a throw of 43.53m while Sinkewicz was right behind her in ninth at 41.06m. Boich's mark was a season best while Sinkewicz's was a personal record.
- Junior Anna Atkinson recorded numerous personal records in the heptathlon, including in the 100m hurdles (14.83), shot put (10.02m), 200m (25.95) and overall points (4542).
- Freshmen Julia Lyons (25.30) and Heil (25.61) both recorded personal bests in the 200m.
- Junior Ashbrook Gwinn posted a personal record in the 5K at 17:22.
