WXC Takes 13th at New England Championships

BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College women’s cross country team finished 13th out of 39 teams at the New England Championships at Franklin Park on Saturday. The Eagles had a team score of 356.

Junior Danielle Winslow took 28th overall out of 283 runners, finishing in 18:16. Senior Elizabeth O’Brien took second for the Eagles and 54th overall, crossing the line at 18:41. Freshman Danna Levin (18:50), and sophomores Margaret Mullins (19:06) and Megan Ritchie (19:11) rounded out the top five.

New Hampshire won the meet with 57 points, placing five runners in the top 50.

The Eagles are back in action on Oct. 19 when they travel to Madison, Wisc. for the Adidas Wisconsin Invite.
