Volleyball Releases Spring Schedule
March 14, 2014
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College will play in four events including a tournament at Power Gym as part of its spring schedule, head coach Chris Campbell announced on Friday.
“I like our spring schedule. We have a nice balance of competition and we’ll be able to really see how we can put our players together and create the best team possible,” said Campbell. “We’ve been really working hard in the weight room thus far this semester, and now things are picking up in the gym as well and we can see some great skill and system development. It should be a great spring.”
The Eagles open their spring schedule on March 19th with a head-to-head match against Northeastern. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
After their bout at Northeastern, the Eagles host a tournament of their own on March 29th. Boston College, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Providence comprise the tournament field.
BC and Providence will kick off the tournament at 9:00 a.m., followed by Providence and UConn at 10:30 a.m.
UConn and UNH match up at noon and the Eagles will wrap up the final two matches against UConn (3:00 p.m.) and New Hampshire (4:30 p.m.).
Boston College will travel to New Hampshire to take on the Wildcats again on April 1st and they will wrap up their spring season on April 12th at Connecticut.
