CHESNTUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College volleyball team ventured into the community for a day of service in the local area on February 12. Members of the team and the coaching staff participated in "Food for Families", a program sponsored by the Boston College Alumni Association.

The team spent the day at the Commonwealth Tenants Association, a housing development in Brookline, unloading and distributing bags of food to senior citizens and needy families. The experience was a very rewarding activity for the team.
