Eagles Fall to Harvard at Jammin' Connecticut Classic

STORRS,Conn.-Amy Laurence had a game high 14 kills and 12 digs in vain on Saturday, as the Boston College women's volleyball team lost to Harvard in straight sets, 10-15, 11-15, 9-15. The loss was the last game of the Jammin' Connecticut Classic, and drops the Eagles to 3-11.

Besides Laurence, Julia El-Hag had 11 kills and 16 digs for the Eagles. BC hit just .090 for the day.

Ezra Hart led Harvard with 10 kills and Katrina Priscella had 12 digs. Kathy Nash had 35 digs.

BC has the week off, not taking the court again until September 26 when they go to Hanover, New Hampshire for the Dartmouth Invitational. They begin play against tournament host Dartmouth at 6:00 p.m.
