Received the "most valuable rookie" award in 2007, MVP in 2010 and 2011. All-State in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011. Team Captain in 2010 and 2011. School records in the 200 fr relay and 400 fr relay. I competed in Regional and National Lifeguard Competitions since 2009, placing 1st in the Ironwoman (run, swim, paddle, kayak) and 2nd in the Swim at South Atlantic Regionals 2011, and 13th in the American Ironwoman at Nationals 2011. PERSONAL: Born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Daughter of Jeff and Mira Rich. One sister Riana (27). Swam on club team for 12 years: 11 on Tide Swim Team and 1 year on Tidewater Aquatic Club. Beach lifeguarded in Virginia Beach the past four summers. Enrolled in The College of Arts and Sciences and studying Pre-Med and Sociology major. 2012 ACC Championships competitor.
