AS A FRESHMAN (2013-2014): Catherine swam a lifetime best in the 100 fly at Terrier Invitational... swam BC best times in the 50 free and the 100 free at the Terrier Invitational... swam at all home meets... unfortunately ended season early as a result of a broken foot

BEFORE BC: Catherine became involved with competitive swimming in 9th grade, when she joined the Benilde-St. Margaret's School team... she holds four school records with Benilde-St. Margaret's... she participated as captain... 4-time State participant... 2-time All-State award winner, and Sections champion in the 50 Free and 400 Free Relay... member of the Hopkins Hurricanes club team year-round... specialized in sprint freestyle, as well as some butterfly.

PERSONAL: Catherine comes from Eden Prairie, MN, where her parents Phil and Mary Jo currently live... She attended Benilde-St. Margaret's School... swam as a member of the Hopkins Hurricanes Swim Club... Within the BC community, she is a student in the College of Arts & Sciences and a participant in the Presidential Scholars program... interests include political science, economics, piano, reading, baking, and yoga.
