BC AT A GLANCE
This is BC's record 9th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.
This is the fourth consecutive season BC has advanced to the second round of the tournament. Since Alison Foley took over in 1997, the Eagles have advanced to the second round eight times and into the third round seven times.
The Eagles are 3-3-1 vs. Pac-10 teams.
BC has met Stanford the most, four times since the 2008 season. The two teams have met twice in the regular season with Stanford earning a 3-0 win in 2008. In 2010 the match ended in a 1-1 tie in doubleovertime. The last meeting came in
the 2010 College Cup and BC lost, 2-0, in Cary, NC.
This will be the fi rst match between BC and Cal in women's soccer.
The two teams have no common opponents this season, though BC did lose to Stanford in the 2010 College Cup. Cal lost to Stanford this
season, 2-0.
