20 Women's Soccer Players Named To All-ACC Honor Roll

The 58th annual Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll, recognizing academic excellence by student-athletes during the 2013-14 academic year, was announced today by ACC Commissioner John Swofford.
The women's soccer team placed 20 student-athletes on the honor roll including three-time recipient and All-ACC first team honoree Stephanie McCaffrey and second-team honoree McKenzie Meehan, who was also the leading goal scorer in the conference last season.
Some of the other women's soccer players named to the honor roll list were as follows: defender Lauren Bernard, forward Hayley Dowd, graduate senior Alexa Gaul, midfielder Emily Hoffend, senior Alex Johnson, sophomore Jena Keffer, defender Zoe Lombard, midfielder Jillian Lutz, midfielder Kate McCarthy, midfielder/defender Madison Meehan, goalkeeper Jess Mickelson, forward Andrea O'Brien, defender Jacqueline Vaccari, midfielder Patrice Vettori, midfielder Gibby Wagner, defender Ashleigh Ward, midfielder Mariah Winters, defender Coco Woeltz.
The honor roll is comprised of student-athletes who participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade point average of 3.0 or better for the full academic year. The conference recognized a record 3,967 student-athletes for their hard work in the classroom during the 2013-14 academic year.
