McKenzie Meehan Named To The Hermann Trophy Watch List

Boston College junior forward McKenzie Meehan has been named to the 2014 Missouri Athletic Club's (MAC) Hermann Trophy Watch List this afternoon. Meehan is one of seven Atlantic Coast Conference players named to the list of 38 student-athletes from around the country.
The MAC Hermann Trophy is the highest individual honor in collegiate soccer. Recipients are chosen by head coaches of NCAA Division I programs who are members of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
Meehan, a junior captain, led the ACC in goals scored with a new program record of 20 goals, nine which were game-winners. She also record two hat tricks and six multiple-point games in 2013.
An All-ACC second team honoree, Meehan was also a third-team NSCAA Southeast Region All-American selection last season.
