Women's Soccer Travels To Europe Over Spring Break
April 21, 2004
The Boston College women's soccer team has returned from an extremely enjoyable and productive spring break trip to Europe. The team spent time in Paris, France and Milan and Lake Como in Italy. During the trip the Eagles played four games and visited many attractions.
The Eagles went 3-1 against some of Europe's top women's club teams. The team played in some awesome stadiums and experienced the European soccer culture. The Eagles also took in a UEFA Cup game at the famous San Siro stadium.
The trip served as a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience as the Eagles got to see the Last Supper in Milan, the Mona Lisa and Venus Di Milo in the Louvre. The trip was also awesome for the already great team chemistry. The team really bonded on the trip and is very excited to play in what will be the final season in the BIG EAST Conference.
The women's soccer team would like to thank all of those who were kind enough to help support the Eagles for the trip.
