1999 SEASON: Played 23 of 24 games, starting all games in which she played...Posted a 15-6-1 record in 1999 and 36-18-6 in her career...Finished the season, ranked 30th nationally with a 0.89 goals against average...led BC to the no. 30 ranking in team GAA (0.97) and 18th ranking in shutouts per game (12)...Topped the BIG EAST with a 0.65 GAA in conference action, while finishing second in all games...Named to the NSCAA All-Northeast Region Third Team and College Buzz all-Northeast Region Second Team...The three-time conference goalkeeper of the week, rang up a total of 416 scoreless minutes from Oct. 19 (UNH) to Nov. 2 (Villanova in the BIG EAST quarterfinals), a span of six games...Schaeffer earned a 1-0 shutout of Harvard in the NCAA Tournament's second round vs. Harvard, one of her 11.5 shutouts in the season.

1998 SEASON: Started all 21 games...Finished with a 12-6-3 overall record Made 106 saves and had a 1.01 goals against average...Recorded nine shutouts, including seven in BIG EAST contests...Finished with a 0.58 goals against average in 11 BIG EAST matches...Posted four consecutive shutouts from Sept. 26 to Oct. 4 and tallied 681 consecutive shutout minutes...Earned three consecutive BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week honors (Sept. 14-Oct. 4)...Recorded seven saves in a 2-1 win against Seton Hall in the BIG EAST Tournament's quarterfinal round on Nov. 3...Made a season-high 12 saves in a 3-1 loss to Notre Dame on Oct. 9.

1997 SEASON: Started all 17 games...Posted a record of 9-6-2...Made 103 saves and had a 0.72 goals against average allowing only 13 goals all season...Earned seven shutouts...Only Notre Dame scored more than one goal...Named BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week on November 6...Earned All-BIG EAST Second Team honors... Also named to the BIG EAST All-Rookie Team...Named the team's Co-MVP...Recorded 18 saves for the Eagles in the 1-1 game against Harvard...Posted her first career shutout when the Eagles defeated Central Connecticut, 3-0, on September 3...Had two shutouts in one week against Boston University (1-0) and Pittsburgh (2-0).
