Woman Skiers Have Strong Performance at BC/Brown Carnival

The Boston College women's ski team placed second on Saturday and third overall at the Boston College/Brown Carnival, as the MacConnell division visited Wildcat Mountain in New Hampshire this past weekend.
On Saturday, Boston College placed four skiers in the Top Six on its way to a strong second place finish in the Slalom. The team was led by senior Kelly Burgart with a strong second place finish. Junior Laura Martini finished in third and Erica Reilly was right behind her in fourth place. Molly Testwuide (14th) also finished in the top 15.
Sunday's Giant Slalom was another good day for the Eagles. The Eagles placed five skiers in the top fifteen for the day. Led by Perrie Finsand's fifth place finish, followed by Laura Martini (seventh), Erica Reilly (ninth), Kelly Burgart (13th) and Alexandra Boit (14th).
The Eagles finished in third place for the regular season, just four points behind conference leader Plymouth State. Finsand (fifth), Martini (eighth), Reilly (ninth), Burgart (14th) and Boit (17th) all finished in the top twenty for the season.
