Aug. 8, 2014
Chestnut Hill, Mass. -
The Boston College Women's Rowing team placed 40 members on the 2013-2014 Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll. The ACC Academic Honor Roll recognizes academic excellence of student-athletes who participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade point average of 3.0 or better for the full academic year. Boston College had 402 student-athletes placed on the honor roll.
Five of the honorees, Alycia Da'Loia-Moore, Ellen Burr, Kelly McElduff, Alicia McKean and Kaitlyn Votta, were also named to the All-ACC Academic Team at the beginning of July. The Varsity teams did well in non-conference regattas this season, placing in the top three multiple times. The ACC provided a challenge, with the Eagles finishing 7th in the conference. Congratulations to this group of standout student-athletes who were placed on the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
