The Eagles take on BU, URI, MIT Saturday, partake in Beanpot Sunday

AS A FRESHMAN (2012-13)
Won with the N8B at the Green Monster Regatta (11/3) ... rowed with the N8B at the Foot of the Charles (11/10) ... raced with the 3V4 vs. MIT (4/6) and the 2V4C at the Knecht Cup (4/13-14) ... coxed the 3V8A at Holy Cross (4/21), the 3V4 vs. BU, URI, and MIT (4/27), and the 3V8 at the Beanpot (4/28) ... led the V4C as coxswain at the EAWRC Sprints (5/5).

An experienced coxswain ... led her team to two second place finishes at the New York State Championships in 2009 and 2010 ... has two wins from the West Side Rowing Club Fontana Regatta in the Novice 4+ and the Junior 4+ ... finished first in the Buffalo, N.Y. All-High Regatta in both 2009 and 2010 ... earned the 2012 Environmental Sustainability award at Nichols.

Born on January 12, 1994 ... Kayla is the daughter of Nancy and Jeffrey Oak; has one younger sister, Eliza ... enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences.
