Boston College lacrosse will square off against cross-town rival Boston University on Wednesday, April 10 at 4 p.m. The game will take place at the Terriers' Nickerson Field.

Boston College Notes
BC currently owns a 6-7 overall record. Last week, the Eagles earned a decisive, 15-9 decision against Vermont on April 4 before falling, 12-11, at Duke on April 7.
The Eagles are holding steady at No. 20 according to the IWLCA coaches' poll released on April 9.
Boston College holds a 6-2 record so far this season when the team leads at the half.
The Eagles have played aggressively this season, controlling 186 draws compared to the opposition's 150, and scooping up more ground balls, 181-167.
BC is nationally ranked in the top 30 for three statistical categories. The Eagles are ranked16th in draw controls per game (14.31), 26th in points (217.0) and 28th in scoring offense (12.38).
Grad student Kristin Igoe and freshman Covie Stanwick lead the offensive effort for BC. Igoe is first on the team with 36 goals and 43 points, while Stanwick has 40 points and a team-best 18 assists, good for second on BC's all-time freshmen records list.
Igoe continues to make her mark in the BC history books. She scored four goals at Duke on April 7 to become just the third Eagle in the history of the program to reach 200 career points. Igoe currently sits in second place on the school's career record list for goals (155) and in third place for points (201).
Senior Brittany Wilton has 41 draw controls so far this season. With 177 career draws, she holds the all-time school record.
Freshman Mikaela Rix and junior Brooke Blue have added to the Eagles' attack this season with 34 and 32 points, respectively. With 135 career points, Blue is ranked ninth all-time in the history of the program.
Freshman goalkeeper Emily Mata leads the Eagles with 60 saves and a .414 save percentage.
Scouting Boston University
BU is 8-4 this season. The Terries have won seven consecutive games. Last week, BU defeated UNH, 13-8, on April 4, and downed Albany, 16-11, on April 7.
Danielle Etrasco leads the Terriers with 42 goals and 56 totals points.
Mallory Collins, who was named America East Rookie of the Week for the week of April 9, has added to the offensive effort with 44 points this season.
Goalkeeper Christina Sheridan has been strong in the net for BU, recording 92 saves so far.
Wednesday's contest will mark the 13th meeting all-time between Boston College and Boston University. The Terriers lead the series, 8-4.
BU won five consecutive meetings against BC between 2005-09, but the Eagles have earned two most recent decisions, including a 10-7 victory on April 13, 2011.
