BC HOSTS NEW HAMPSHIRE
Coming off of a season-opening road win, Boston College hosts New Hampshire on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 4 p.m.
In their first outing, the Eagles defeated No. 11 Notre Dame, 15-10, at the Loftus Sports Center on Saturday.
The win marked the second-ever time in program history that Boston College has defeated the Irish. The first win over Notre Dame was on March 26, 2005.
New Hampshire comes into the game with a 1-0 record as well. The Wildcats defeated Fordham, 9-5, in their opener.

SERIES HISTORY WITH THE WILDCATS
Boston College is 7-9 all-time against New Hampshire, but the Eagles have won the last four meetings between the two teams.
In the last encounter, BC beat UNH in overtime, 10-9, at Memorial Field. Sarah Mannelly scored in overtime to seal the win for the Eagles.
The two schools played one another in every year from 1992-2004 except for the 2003 season with the Wildcats winning nine of the 12 matchups during that period.
The Eagles are 4-4 at home and 3-5 on the road all-time against UNH.
IN THE POLLS
The Eagles check in at No. 13 in the IWLCA Coaches Poll. BC was originally No. 20 in the preseason poll, but moved up in the rankings after the win at Notre Dame.
BC ranks 17th in this week's Brine Women's Media Poll.
RIX RECEIVES RECOGNITION
Junior midfielder Mikaela Rix earned WomensLax.Com Player of the Week honors, announced on Monday, Feb. 17 by WomensLax.com.
The Garden City, N.Y., product earned the honor after leading the Eagles to a 15-10 upset over the 11th-ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday.
Rix notched career highs in goals and points, netting six goals and dishing out an assist in the season-opening game at the Loftus Sports Center.
She also contributed a ground ball, two draw controls, and a caused turnover in the game.
BOSTON COLLEGE SWEEPS ACC PLAYER OF THE WEEK ACCOLADES
Mikaela Rix and senior defender Kate McCarthy were named the ACC Women's Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week.
McCarthy led the Boston College defense with four draw controls and four ground balls, while pulling the assignment of defending Notre Dame's leading scorer Courtney Fortunato.
The Longmeadow, Mass., native held Fortunato, who recorded seven points in ND's win over Cincinnati on Feb. 12, to one goal on three shots.
Rix earned this honor after notching career highs in goals and points against Notre Dame.
The Eagles will play a 17-game regular season schedule which includes eight games against teams that made last year's NCAA Tournament.
Boston College will play three of last year's Final Four participants including defending National Champion North Carolina (March 22), runner-up Maryland (March 29) and Syracuse (Feb. 26) who lost in the semifinals.
The month of February features four games and the month of March features seven games, beginning with UConn, who also made an appearance in the 2013 NCAA Tournament.
The Eagles play five games in April in addition to playing host to the 2014 ACC Tournament at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass. on April 24 through April 27.
Boston College concludes its regular season with a rivalry match-up against Boston University on May 3 in Boston, Mass.
