Eagles host first two rounds of NCAA Tournament

AS A SENIOR (2011)
Captain...Played in and started all 19 games... notched three goals and one assist...picked up a team leading 35 ground balls... had 22 draw controls and caused 18 turnovers... earned the Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Played in and started all 18 games this season...tallied five goals and three assists for eight points...recorded nine shots...was a perfect 1-1 on free position shots...finished second on the team in ground balls with 31...tallied 21 draw controls, good enough for fourth on the team...led the Eagles with 20 caused turnovers for the year...named to 2009-10 All-ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Played in all 18 games...started 17...tallied 14 points on nine goals and five assists...tied career high in points with four (1g, 3a) against Duke on April 11...tallied a career high three assists against Duke...recorded a career high three draws against Duke...took 17 shots on the season...collected 27 ground balls...caused 12 turnovers...won 13 draw controls.

Started all 17 games...led the freshman class with 19 points...scored nine goals...fourth on team with 10 assists...recorded first collegiate point in the form of an assists in the first game of the season against Maryland on Feb. 24...scored first career goal one game later in win over St. Mary's (CA) on March 2...tallied at least one point in seven of first eight games...notched four points (3g, 1a) in win over Connecticut on April 9...recorded four multi-point games...scored a goal and tallied two assists at Harvard on April 30...picked up 18 ground balls...won 15 draws...caused 11 turnovers, tying for fourth of the team...took 30 shots...went 3-6 on free position shot attempts.

Four-year letterwinner at Mount Hebron High School in Ellicott City, captain as a senior...2003-07 Maryland State 3A champions...named Lax Power and Lacrosse Magazine's Number One Women's High School Team in the nation from 2003 to 2006...named to the first-team All-Howard County, Baltimore Sun's All-County first team, and Washington Post's and Howard County Times' first team...selected to the Baltimore Sun's All-Metro second team and Washington Post's second team in 2007...first-team Mid-Atlantic National Team...selected to the Under Armour All-American Lacrosse Underclassman Team...also played for M&D club team of the Galaxy League from 2002 to 2007...earned first-team All-Galaxy honors in 2006...2006 Galaxy National Club Tournament champions...2005 All-Galaxy honorable mention...four-year basketball captain as a senior...2006-07 Student Athlete Award recipient...honor roll student.

Born July 20, 1988...Jillian is one of Tom and Vickie Rekart's four children...enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as a mathematics major.
