AS A SENIOR (2008)
Served as a team captain...played in 12 games and started eight...sat out seven games due to an injury sustained on March 5...scored eight goals and recorded four assists for 12 points...notched a season-high five points on four goals and one assist in the win at St. Mary's (CA) on March 2...picked up two ground balls in same game...recorded three multi-point games...won four draw controls...caused a turnover against Brown on May 3...took 23 shots...earned the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

AS A JUNIOR (2007)
Played in 17 games and made five starts...netted 10 goals...notched a hat trick twice, once against Fairfield on March 3 and again on April 5 against Connecticut...registered two assists...tallied two ground balls, two draw controls and two caused turnovers...earned the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2006)
Played in 14 games...made two starts against Longwood and Virginia...scored 12 goals and three assists for 15 points...tied a career-high five goals against Longwood on March 8 and added an assist to record six points for the game...collected three goals against Massachusetts on April 1, including the gamewinner...picked up four ground balls...registered two draw controls...took 24 shots on goal...earned Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

AS A FRESHMAN (2005)
Played in 16 games...third on the team with 22 goals...added three assists...ended the season fourth on the team with 25 points...led the team with three game-winning goals against Stony Brook, Holy Cross and Harvard...had a career-high six points against Stony Brook, including five goals, on April 22...also tallied five goals at Brown on March 16...picked up six ground balls...tallied three draw controls...earned Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

BEFORE BC
Played three years at Winchester...scored 158 goals and tallied 67 assists for 225 career points...earned US Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American, All-League, and All-Scholastic honors as a senior...named team captain in 2004...selected to Lower New England Team One for US Lacrosse National Tournament...led team to two sectional championships in 2002 and 2003...also played four years of varsity soccer...won four consecutive league titles...team captain senior year.

PERSONAL
Born Jan. 7, 1986...Shauna is the second of Joe and Abbie Culhane's five children...both of her parents graduated from BC...enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as a communications major.
