CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The #2 women's hockey team (1-0-0, 1-0-0 WHEA) continues its six-game home stretch with two games this weekend against the St. Lawrence Saints. The Eagles will begin the weekend series on Friday at 7 p.m. and will return to Kelley Rink Saturday for a 2 p.m. puck drop.

BC looks to continue its home undefeated streak that extended to 13 games (12-0-1) with a win over Maine on Sunday. The current streak dates back to Oct. 26, 2012. Three freshmen scored their first goal as an Eagle, and veterans Haley Skarupa and Melissa Bizzari each notched their 30th career assist in the game against the Black Bears.

Goaltender Corinne Boyles started the season with a solid effort, stopping 18 of 19 shots (.947 save percentage), and earned her first win of the season.

Saint Lawrence (1-3-0, 0-0-0 ECAC) is coming off a 7-0 home victory, an exhibition match against Montreal. Senior Dayle Wilkinson leads the Saints in points with four (one goal and three assists). Sophomore goaltender Giulia Mazzocchi has played in each of the team's four games and has a 2.85 goals against average and a .900 save percentage.

After the weekend series against St. Lawrence, BC will host UNH on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m.
