CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Andie Anastos was named Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week for the second times this season and Boston College earned its third Hockey East Team of the Week accolade, as announced by the league on Monday.

Anastos scored three points (one goal, two assists) in three conference games this week. The Farmington Hills, Mich. native scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in the team's 4-1 victory over No. 8 Boston University. The freshman forward also assisted on Meagan Mangene's game-winning goal in the Eagle's 3-2 comeback win over Northeastern. Anastos leads all Hockey East freshmen in points per game (0.90) and has nine goals and 10 assists on the season.

Boston College earned Team of the Week honors for the third time this season after finishing 2-0-1 in three conference games this week. The Eagles showed no signs of rust from the month-long break as they controlled the entire game against Boston University, and were then able to earn three points with a tie and a come-from-behind win against Northeastern.

The Eagles (14-4-3, 9-1-1 WHEA) host Vermont Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18. Puck drop for both games is schedule for 2 p.m.
