Celebrating Conte Forum's Anniversary: In Their Own Words

Former women's ice hockey player and current assistant coach Alison Quandt describes her most memorable moment

AS A JUNIOR 2004-05: Played in 33 games... registered eight points on six goals and two assists... scored her first goal and point of the season in win over Vermont (Oct. 30)...scored the game-winning goal in win against Northeastern (Jan.15)...had a season high two goals in tie versus Northeastern (Feb. 12)...scored the game winning goal in defeat of No. 10 Providence College, marking the first time BC had beaten Providence since Mar. 3, 2002.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2003-04: Played in all 31 games... registered 16 points on eight goals and eight assists...led team in points... scored two goals against Maine (Nov. 14)...tallied four points in back-to-back games against Quinnipiac...assisted on two goals (Jan. 9)...scored one goal and added an assist (Jan. 10)...scored two goals and one assist in 5-3 win over Union (Jan. 15).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2002-03: Played in each of the Eagles' 32 contests...scored four goals and added an assist, for five points...had the gamewinner over Niagara University (Feb. 9)...scored the first goal of her career against RPI (Nov. 17)...scored in two games against Northeastern...recipient of the Driscoll Family Hockey Scholarship.

BEFORE BC: A member of the 2002 New England Champion Noble & Greenough team that went undefeated...winner of the ISL championships in 1999-'00, 2000-'01, and 2001-'02...an ISL first team all-star...team captain her junior and senior seasons...a member of the Belmont HS team...selected to the Middlesex all-star team...Div. 1 state runner-ups in 1997 and 1998...attended the Lake Placid Olympic Development Camp...also a varsity soccer player for four years, as a captain her senior year.

PERSONAL: Born November 27, 1982...enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences...Sarah is the second of Michael and Dorothy Courtney's five children.
