Greenville, N.C. - The Boston College women's golf team finished ninth out of 20 teams (307, +19) in a rain-shortened Lady Pirate Intercollegiate on Tuesday.  The 54 hole event was shortened to 18 due to two straight days of unplayable conditions.

Sophomore Cristina McQuistion was the runner-up of the tournament after tying a career best score of 70 on Monday. The Rome, Italy native finished the tournament second overall. Isabel Southard (76, +4), Katia Joo (79, +7), Vinh-Hoa Ngo (82, +10), and Regan Simeone (82, +10) rounded out the top five for Boston College.  

Maryland took first place (295, +7) followed by UNC-Wilmington (295, +7) and Old Dominion (301, +13).

The Eagles will have a quick turnaround as they are back in action this Saturday for the Hoosier Fall Invitational.
