Faulkner joined the Boston College staff in April of 2012. Faulkner was an assistant with Erik Johnson at the University of Denver from 2008-12.
A native of Oregon City, Ore., Faulkner joined the University of Denver women's after working as an assistant at Northern Arizona for one season. Prior to that, Faulkner was an assistant coach at her alma mater Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. In her two seasons as an assistant, Vanguard went 62-3 and the team advanced to the 2006 and 2007 NAIA Final Four.
Faulkner played for Vanguard for two seasons. She was a two-time all-conference selection and as well as being named a NAIA Co-Player of the Year and Kodak All-American as a senior. Faulkner was the Vanguard Female Athlete of the Year as a junior and senior and the Golden State Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2004.
Faulkner earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from Vanguard in 2005 and is currently working on her master's degree at the University of Denver.
