Notched her first of three double-doubles in an overtime loss to Ohio State. She finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds ... Had 17 points and nine rebounds in the loss to Vermont ... Scored her career-high 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a win over Fairfield ... Had her second double-double of the season with 13 points and 10 rebounds in the loss to St. Joe's ... Scored 14 points and had 11 rebounds in a win over UMass. It was her third double-double of the season ... In the win over Clemson she had 10 points and three rebounds ... Averaged 7.6 points and 5.3 rebounds a game.

Played for the Norrkoping Dolphins for the past three seasons ... Scored 1,201 career points with the Dolphins ... Averaged 13.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists in the 2005-06 season ... Helped her team capture the Swedish Junior Championships in 2003 and 2004 and earned MVP honors both years ... Joined the Swedish Junior National Team in 2002 ... Helped Sweden capture three Nordic Junior Championships and was named to the All-Star team and twice earned MVP honors ... Was on the Swedish Junior team which placed second at he European Junior Championship in 2005 ... Was fourth in the tournament in scoring with a 15.9 average ... In Sept. of 2005, Egnell became the youngest player ever to compete for the Swedish Senior National Team when she took the court against England and Portugal.
