Christopher Brann joined Boston College women's basketball coach Erik Johnson in April of 2012. Brann, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, arrives at the Heights after one season at the University of Miami.
Brann will be responsible for team travel, non-conference scheduling, the Fast Break Club, budget management, film exchange and supervising the team managers as well as serving as the point person for the Boston College Basketball Summer Camps.
Prior to Brann's experience in Miami, he worked for two seasons with Johnson in a similar capacity with the Denver women's basketball program.
Brann is familiar with Boston College as he worked with the women's basketball program from 2006-09. He was the Director of Operations under both Cathy Inglese and Sylvia Crawley. Brann also worked in the same position for Wright State University's women's basketball program from 2003-06.
A graduate of Florida State University, Brann was the head manager with the women's basketball team. He also received his master's degree in sports administration from Florida State.
