1996-97 season.
The sophomore guard led the Eagles in scoring in eight games and was second on the team with an average of 12.0 points per game. Bouchard made an immediate impact in her first collegiate season, starting 26 of 28 games in the Boston College backcourt. In BIG EAST play, she averaged 12.2 points and led the Eagles with a career-high 24 points in the BIG EAST Tournament win over St. John's on March 1.
