AS A FRESHMAN (2011-12) XC: Scored fourth for BC at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/12), clocked at a 10K PR of 33:40.3...turned in a personal record of 26:04.0 at the ACC Championship (10/29)...scored fifth for BC at the New England Championship (10/8), crossing in 27:17...clocked a 27:14.90 in the Iona Meet of Champions (9/17). Indoor T&F: Set a personal record of 8:43.51 in the 3,000-meter run at the ACC Championship (2/25)...posted a 4:27.06 in the mile and a 10:08.26 with the distance medley at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/10-11)...lowered 3,000-meter run PR to 8:43.93 at the BU Terrier Classic (1/27)...took seventh in the mile (4:19.59) at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/19)...finished in sixth at the Dartmouth Relays (1/8) 3,000-meter competition at 8:46.11. BEFORE BC Two-time All-California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section honoree, earning honors in junior and senior seasons...earned First-Team All-League honors in cross country and outdoor track as a junior...ran four years of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track under Jon Sutherland and Joe McNabb at Notre Dame High School...was a captain for the Running Knights'...as a senior: led Notre Dame to a fourth place finish at the CIF State Championship, took third at the CIF Sectional Meet and led the Knights to victory at the prestigious Mt. Sac Sweepstakes with the third fastest time ever by a D-III program...graduated Magna Cum Laude.
