AS A JUNIOR (2011-12) New England 4x800-meter relay silver medalist...All-IC4A in the 1,000m...Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement...SAAC Representative. XC: Turned in a 27:50 at the New England Championship (10/8)...finished fifth for the Eagles, clocking a 26:49.08 in the Iona Meet of Champions (9/17)...opened the year with a 23:39 clip at the Dartmouth Invitational (9/10), crossing the line in 28th overall and scoring fifth for BC. Indoor T&F: Earned All-IC4A honors with an eighth place finish in the finals of the IC4A Championship (3/3-4), running 2:28.24 after qualifying in a personal record of 2:27.89...posted a 4:20.79 in the mile at the ACC Championship (2/24)...registered a mile PR time of 4:15.91 and helped the DMR to 10:08.26 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/10-11)...set a PR and took fourth place in the 1,000-meter run at 2:27.96 at the BU Terrier Classic (1/27-28)...took ninth in the half mile (2:00.62) and 14th in the mile (4:25.46) at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/19). Outdoor T&F: Earned All-New England honors as part of the second place finished earned in the 4x800-meter relay (7:43.02), after running 3:56.76 in the 1,500 at the New England Championship (5/12)...posted a 4:01.72 in the metric mile at the ACC Championship (4/20)...doubled at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (4/14), posting a 1:59.38 in the 800 and 3:59.10 in the 1500...lowered personal record in the 800 to 1:55.65 and posted a 3:59.10 in the 1500 at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/6-7)...took 10th in the 1500 with a PR of 3:54.96 and finished in ninth with the 4x800 at the Raleigh Relays (3/30-31).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11) New England 4x800-meter relay champion...Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement. XC: First-ever cross country season...lowered PR by 1:30 from first to final meet... scored in one meet on the year ... turned in a 26:44.1 for 96th place at the IC4A Championship (11/20) ... established a PR of 26:38.40 at the Princeton Invitational (10/16) ... completed the New England Championship (10/9) course in 27:26 ... ran a 28:08 (8K) at the Williams College Invitational (9/25) ... made collegiate debut as the third finisher (42nd overall) for BC in a time of 26:48 at the Boston College Invitational (9/11). Indoor T&F: Ran his fastest mile of the season (4:19.55) at the ACC Championship (2/25)...led the Eagles with a personal record 1,000-meter time of 2:30.25 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/12)...led BC in the 1,000-meters, taking sixth in 2:32.10, and ran the second leg of the 4x800-meter Relay that placed second in 7:48.63 at the Battle of Beantown (2/4)...ran a 4:20.27 mile at the BU Invitational (1/28)...came in at 4:22.45 in his first mile of the season and ran the 800-meters in 1:59.24 at the BU Tri-Meet (1/20). Outdoor T&F: Returned to lead-off for the winning 4x800-meter relay that set a meet record of 3:36.52, after running the first sub-four minute 1,500-meter time (3:58.33) of his career at the New England Championship (5/13-14)...finished in 7th place in the 1500m at the Skyhawk Invitational, setting a personal best time of 4:00.63... At the ACC Championship (4/21), ran the 1500-meters in a time of 4:01.37... Led the Eagles in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:03.46 clip and ran a 1:59.37 half mile at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/1-2)...led off for the 4x1,500-meter relay that came around in 16:19.27.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10) Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement. XC: Did not compete in any meets. Indoor T&F: Ran 2:01.33 in the 800m at the Battle of Beantown (2/6)... Outdoor T&F: Placed 12th in the mile at the Husky Spring Open (3/20), turning in a time of 4:08.16.
BEFORE BC Named to All-Conference Teams in his junior and senior seasons...Was a team captain as a senior...Set high school records in the 800 and 1600 events...Also awarded the Titan Award which signifies excellent leadership, sportsmanship and academic excellence...played soccer and baseball as well in high school.
