1996: Top BC runner at the UNH Invitational and third overall (24:57) ... the third Eagle runner and 105th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (26:21) ... The fourth BC runner to finish line at the BIG EAST Championships (25:42).

AT ST. MICHAEL'S: Was a three-time Ontario high school medalist and a 15-time Ontario club medalist ... the 1996 National Junior champion in the 3000 steeplechase; was also the 1996 Ontario Senior champion in the same event ... was the runner-up in the National Junior 3000 steeplechase in 1995 ... a member of the 1995 National Junior Track & Field Team ... served as cross-country and track captain .
