Men's Track Competes at the Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Boston College men’s track team participated in the Raleigh Relays this weekend – recording one victory and two IC4A qualifying marks.
Jordan Hamm’s strong performance (9:10.21) in his section of the 3000m steeplechase was good for an IC4A qualifier and the 46th fastest time recorded in the event in the nation this season. Hamm’s mark was the 10th fastest time recorded in the event in BC history.
Sophomore Brian Wolff scored a first place finish out of 26 participants in his section of the 5000m – smashing his previous best of 15:40.01 by 42 seconds with a time of 14:58.11.
Jonathan Vaughn, Connor O’Neill, Kellen MacDonald, and Timothy Ferris combined for a strong performance in the sprint medley with the fourth-best time in BC history (3:29.31).
Fedor (3:54.76), McConaughy (3:55.64), Linehan (3:56.69), and Tom Hennessy (4:01.31) all tallied BC’s top-four performances this season in the 1500m in Raleigh.
The men will return to action on Friday as they are set to compete at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational.
