AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12) Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement. XC: Ran a 28:44 at the New England Championship (10/29). Indoor T&F: Lowered his personal standard in the mile to 4:34.62 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/10-22)...set a personal best mile time of 4:34.95 at the BU Terrier Classic (1/27-38)...set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run with a 9:14.39 clip at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/19)...ran a 9:28.54 at the Dartmouth Relays (1/8)...posted a 4:40.38 mile at the Northeastern Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3). Outdoor T&F: Set a 10K personal best of 36:31.61 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (4/14)...clocked in a personal record time of 15:56.80 in the 5,000-meter run at the Northeastern Spring Open (3/24).
AS A FRESHMAN (2010-11) Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement. XC: Ran a 16:45 in the Mayor's Cup Open 5K (10/25). Indoor T&F: ran the 1,000-meters in 2:46.87 at the BU Tri-Meet (1/20)...opened the year with 4:47.43 mile at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/4). Outdoor T&F:At the Skyhawk Invitational (4/29), ran a personal best 2:03.45 in the 800-meters... Contested the half mile in 2:05.40 at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/1-2).
BEFORE BC Member of Ballston Indoor Track Section II Championship team in 2009 and 2010 ... garnered eight varsity letters in cross country, and indoor/outdoor track and field ... member of the National Honor Society ... made the Principal's List for academics throughout high school ... an AP Scholar with honors ... also served as the class vice president in student government.
