Men's Tennis Sweeps Sacred Heart, 7-0

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.- The Boston College men’s tennis team swept its fifth match of the season in a 7-0 win over Sacred Heart in the Flynn Recreation Complex in Chestnut Hill, Mass., on Saturday afternoon.

The Eagles (4-6, 0-2 ACC) won all three doubles matches and won every singles match in straight sets over the Pioneers.

Junior Philip Nelson won on court No. 1 in both singles and doubles.

Senior captain Jonathan Raude and sophomore Alexandre Thirouin won on court No. 2 in doubles play and each won at court No. 2 and No. 6 respectively in singles play.

Boston College returns to the court in an ACC match up at Georgia Tech on Friday, March 21. The match is set to begin at 4 p.m.
