Men's Tennis Falls to Brown, 5-2

Boston College won the doubles point but fell to Brown, 5-2, at the Dedham Health & Athletic Complex in Dedham, Mass., on Tuesday night.
The Eagles (4-3, 0-0 ACC) won on court Nos. 2 and 3 in doubles but dropped five of six singles matches to the Bears (5-5, 0-0 Ivy).
Junior Michael McGinnis teamed with freshman Kyle Childree to defeat Justin To and Will Spector, 8-5, on court No. 2 in doubles while senior Billy Grokenberger partnered with sophomore Matt Wagner to beat Brandon Burke and Daniel Hirshberg, 8-6, on doubles court No. 3.
Senior Klaus Puestow picked up BC's singles win, downing David Neff, 7-6, 4-6, 10-5, on court No. 6.
Next, Boston College plays at the Pacific Coast Doubles tournament in La Jolla, Calif., from March 1-3.
