Men's Tennis Downs Sacred Heart, 7-0

Boston College swept its third consecutive match in a 7-0 win over Sacred Heart in the Flynn Recreation Complex in Chestnut Hill, Mass., on Saturday afternoon.

The Eagles (3-0, 0-0 ACC) won all three doubles matches and won every singles match in straight sets over the Pioneers (1-3, 1-0 NEC).

Sophomore Philip Nelson won on court No. 1 in both singles and doubles.

Junior co-captain Jonathan Raude and senior co-captain Billy Grokenberger won on courts No. 2 and 4 respectively in singles play.

Boston College returns to the court in a neutral-site match against Binghamton in Hanover, N.H., on Feb. 9 at noon.
