As a Sophomore (2004-05)
At the ECAC Championships place 14th, 7th, and 12th, respectively in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles. All an improvement from his freshman year and was BC's top finisher in the 100 and 200. A member of the three freestyle relays all placing in the top 8. Always a top finisher in dual meets in the 50, 100 and 200. At the Yale Nutmeg Invitational received outstanding performance of the meet in the 100 freestyle. Placed 3rd, 1st, and 6th, in his three freestyle events. As well part of the freestyle relays all placing in the top 5.

As a Freshman (2004-05)
Member of the school record setting 400 yard freestyle relay. Harold M. Groden Award Winner for the year's Outstanding Performance in the 400 freestyle relay. In dual meets always a top finisher in the 50, 100, and 200 yard freestyles. Competed in the Big East Championships in four events. At the ECAC Championships placed 16th, 10th, and 13th, respectively in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles. Also a member of the three freestyle relays, all placing in the top 8. Set BC's fastest times for the year in the 100 and 200 freestyle.

Before BC:
Captain of high school team...led his school to the state semi-finals, a Monmouth County Championship, and Shore Conference Championship as well...named Shore Swimmer of the Year by The Star Ledger and the Asbury Park Press...holds the school record in the 200 yard freestyle and is part of the record holding 200 yard and 400 yard freestyle relays at Christian April, he competed at the YMCA Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he placed 8th in the 100 yard freestyle, 12th in the 200 yard freestyle, and was part of five relays all placing in the top 16.

An accounting major in the Carroll School of Management. Third, yet only son, of Andrew and Beatrice Faughnan's four children.
