2010 Men's Soccer Schedule In PDF Format
Eight Atlantic Coast Conference matches, including Friday-night home contests against Maryland, NC State, North Carolina and Virginia, highlight the 2010 Boston College men's soccer schedule.
The team will play 17 regular-season games - nine matches on its home turf at the Newton Campus and eight on the road.
The Eagles open their season at home against Hartford on Wednesday, Sept. 1 and play their first road game on Saturday, Sept. 4 at Quinnipiac.
BC will open its ACC schedule on Friday, Sept. 10 at home against Maryland.
Following its trip to Fairfield on Sept. 14, the team will play consecutive home matches against non-conference opponents Boston University (Sept. 17) and Rhode Island (Sept. 21).
The Eagles will travel to Duke in their ACC road opener on Friday, Sept. 24 and conclude their September schedule at Connecticut on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 7:30 p.m.
October's eight-match slate begins at home against NC State (Oct. 1) and continues one week later at Clemson (Oct. 8) before returning to host Holy Cross (Oct. 12) and 2009 NCAA College Cup participant North Carolina (Oct. 15). After playing at Harvard (Oct. 19), BC will welcome Virginia (Oct. 22), the 2009 NCAA Champion, and Dartmouth (Oct. 27) before concluding the month at Wake Forest (Oct. 30).
BC concludes the regular season at Virginia Tech on Friday, Nov. 5.
The ACC Tournament will be held from Tuesday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 14 at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C.
