Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College Men's Soccer team fell to the #11 ranked Duke Blue Devils 3-0 in front of another prodigious crowd at Newton Campus Field.

Duke went to work early as Spencer Wadsworth collected a feed from Kyle Helton and blistered a shot into the upper right corner for a 1-0 lead.

Mike Grella added his fourth goal of the season for the Blue Devils at 21:43, finishing a cross from Wadsworth to give Duke a 2-0 lead going into the half.

The Eagles, who have been playing well despite being hindered by a rash of injuries, came out firing in the second half, but could not find the back of the net.

Danny Kramer added the final goal of the night for Duke late in the second half, his second of the season.

Issey Maholo turned in a fine effort, stopping 12 Blue Devil shots and making a number of breathtaking saves. Hadrien Toure led the Eagles with four shots.

The Eagles travel to Brown on Tuesday for a non-conference match at 7 p.m.
