As a Senior (2000): Made one appearance this season ... started the Senior Day game against Brown ... played 24:00 against the Bears ... faced two shots, stopping both ... missed the early part of the season with a heart condition ... the team?s resident satirist with a weekly column in the student newspaper at Boston College, the Heights.

As a Junior (1999): Saw action in two games, making one start ... Made his collegiate debut against Villanova, seeing 21 minutes of action ... made his first career start the following game, against Seton Hall, stopping three shots ... combined with Chris Hamblin to register a shutout of Villanova. (three saves).

As a Sophomore (1998): Served as backup goalie ... did not see any game action.

As a Freshman (1997): Served as backup goalie ... did not see any game action.

Before BC: Played for Belmont Hill under head coach Jorge Montoya, a former BC player ... his team won the Independent School League championship in his junior and senior seasons (1995 and 1996); lost in New England semi-finals both years ... honored with the league?s sportsmanship award in 1996 ... played in the International Friendship Cup in Spain during the summers of 1995 and 1997.

Personal: Enrolled as a theater arts major in the College of Arts & Sciences ... John is the son of Jack and Ann O?Halloran ... born July 24, 1979.
