AS A JUNIOR (2006-07)
(Cross Country) Finished the Pre-National Meet in 26:08.0...placed 43rd at the New England Championships, crossing in 25:32...finished the Boston College Invitational with a time of 28:24...crossed the line in 27:42.1 at the Iona Meet of Champions

AS A FRESHMAN (2004-05)
(Cross Country) Had a stand out year as a freshman finishing 31st at the ECAC championship and was the top BC runner at the meet...was the first BC runner to complete the Big East Championship course with a time of 24 minutes, 55 seconds for 31st the National Invitational was the 20th overall to cross the line in 26:12...The NE Intercollegiate meet saw him finishing 25th in the Iona Meet of Champions crossed the line in 26:36.2 as the 53rd his first collegiate race, Moitoso finished first among BC runners and 14th overall in 26:36.71...(Indoor) At the IC4A championship finished in 21st with a time of 15:01...finished sixth at the New England championship in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:45.70...ran the quickest time for the Eagles all season the 3,000 during the Harvard meet on Dec. 14, 2004, he ran an 8:46.96...(Outdoor) Won the 10,000 with a mark of 32:02.43 and finished nearly 10 seconds in front of the second place finisher at the Solomon the Brown Invitational finished in the mile with time of 4:37.64.

Captured the Rhode Island State cross country title...state champion in 3,000 during indoor and outdoor track seasons...prep school teammate of BC sophomore Stephen Walsh at Bishop Hendricken.

Born January 20, 1986...enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences...Adam is the second of Victoria and Manuel Moitoso's three children.
