Senior center Chris Drury scored two goals and freshman left wing Juha Vuori added one goal and one assist to lead Boston University (11-1-0, 5-1-0 HOCKEY EAST).

BU tallied two goals in the middle period to take a 3-1 advantage. Drury's decisive goal came at 15:40, before Vuori netted an unassisted goal less than one minute later. Larocque made 15 saves in the middle period, as BC (11-5-0, 5-4-0 HOCKEY EAST) outshot the visiting Terriers, 15-3.

Freshman Russ Bartlett added to the Terrier lead at 4:46 of the final period, and Drury finished the scoring at 19:37.

Post Game Notes: It was the lowest scoring output of the season for the Eagles... Freshman Brian Gionta had his 11-game scoring streak snapped as did junior Marty Reasoner, who saw his six-game goal scoring streak end... With one assist, sophomore Jeff Farkas extended his scoring streak to nine games (2g, 10a)... It was only the third game that Reasoner and Gionta were both held scoreless... The two team will meet again on Tuesday at BU's Walter Brown Arena (7 p.m.)... The Terriers lead the all-time series, 100-81-13... BU is 18-1-3 in the last 22 meetings between the two schools.
