CHRISTOPHER PATRICK CALNAN; born May 5, 1994... shoots right ... played the 2012-13 season with the South Shore Kings of the Eastern Junior Hockey League...participated in the Chicago Blackhawks development camp in July 2013... attended the Noble and Greenough School.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15):Played in 37 games ... tallied 16 points -- recorded 11 goals and five assists; notched 10 points -- nine goals and one assist -- in 21 Hockey East games ... third-leading goal scorer ... registered four multi-point performances, including three two-goal outings ... tallied four game-winning goals -- second most on the team ... scored Boston College's first goal of the season at UMass Lowell (10/10) ... recorded his first-career two-goal game, including his first power play and game-winning goals at Massachusetts (11/21) ... recorded his first-career three-game point streak with an assist on Destry Straight's goal against Minnesota (11/28) ... scored his third multi-goal game of the season, including his second-career short-handed goal that stood as the game-winning tally against Northeastern (1/10) ... recorded a career-high six shots against Vermont in game three of the Hockey East quarterfinals (3/15).

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14):
Played in 37 games ... recorded 13 points - four goals and nine assists; totaled seven points - two goals and five assists - in 19 Hockey East outings ... finished with a +12 rating; was a +7 in conference action ... enjoyed three multi-point performances ... logged his first collegiate points in multi-point fashion, scoring a goal and an assist against Rensselaer (10/13) ... tallied a goal and an assist against Boston University (1/17) ... registered his first-career short-handed goal along with an assist at Vermont (2/15) ... assisted on Steve Santini's goal late in the second period in the national semifinal game to tie the game heading into the third period against Union (4/10).

BEFORE BC:Led the Kings in 2012-13 with 49 total points, registering 27 goals and 22 assists in 31 games...played for head coach Scott Harlow...played his junior year at Noble and Greenough where he recorded 55 points - 28 goals and 27 assists - in 27 games and was named All-New England East honors as a forward at Nobles and runner-up for Prep Player of the Year... also played for the Cape Cod Whalers U18 Midget hockey in 2011-12 recording 9 goals in 9 games with 10 assists...finished 2010-11 season at Nobles with 25 points - 14 goals and 11 assists - in 27 games...played for head coach Brian Day. Captained the boy's lacrosse team at Nobles his senior year.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Carroll School of Management ...was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in third round (79th overall) in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft...Chris and his younger siblings Daintry and Jake are the children of Janine Vazza and Jay Calnan.
