Brian Leetch To Be Inducted Into U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame8/13/2008 - Brian Leetch, who starred on the Boston College blueline during the 1986-87 season, is one of four hockey legends to be enshrined in to the United States Hockey Hall of Fame as the Class of 2008. In just one season (1986-87), Leetch earned All-America first-team honors and All-New England accolades. After tallying 47 points - nine goals and 38 assists - in 37 games, Leetch was honored as the 1987 recipient of the Walter Brown Award, which is given annually to the top American-born player in New England.
