Boston College senior quarterback Quinton Porter and NC State wide receiver Brian Clark share offensive back ACC Player of the Week honors after leading their respective teams to wins on the week.
After sitting out two games with an ankle injury, Porter, a senior from Portland, Maine, started his first game since September 17 and responded by completing 25-of-37 passes for 301 yards and one touchdown in Boston College's 28-17 win over Virginia on Saturday. The 301 yards mark the second-highest total in Porter's career. Clark caught four passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns in the Wolfpack's 17-14 win over Georgia Tech on Thursday. The Tampa, Fla., senior caught a 40-yard touchdown pass to put NC State up 7-0 in the first quarter, and added a career-long 80-yard scoring catch in the fourth quarter to put NC State ahead to stay.
