Welcome to another exciting season of Boston College Football! Whether you are a long time season ticket holder or a first time visitor to Alumni Stadium, we thank you for being a part of the Eagles football tradition. In order to help make your trip to "The Heights" easier and more enjoy-able, we have created this brief fan guide for you that provides basic transportation guidelines, a detailed layout of the facili-ties, a campus map, general stadium policies and other pertinent information.

Getting to the Game
T Information
The best way for fans to travel to the game is to take the Riverside
Station (exit 22 off Rts. 128/95) on the Green Line provides ample parking
and easy access from the Metro West Region. The Boston College
campus can be reached by a variety of MBTA stations.

Avoid the post-game rush: purchase
your token fare in advance at the Customer
Service Van parked in front of St. Ignatius Church.
There have been recent service disruptions on the MBTA Green line with service to Boston College. Fans traveling via public transportation to attend the football game on Saturday, November 6 are urged to check the MBTA website for current transit updates.

Taxis: are available following the game to Boston in
front of More Hall and to Newton, in front of St. Mary's
Hall.
Charter Bus Parking Permits: Bus permits are
required for any bus transporting fans to a BC Football
game. Space is limited and permits are distributed on a
first-come first-served basis. Requests must be made to
the Operations Office in writing, by phone or by fax.
Approach To BC Map
Handicap Accessible Parking
Handicapped Accessible parking accommodations must be
requested in writing to the Athletic Operations office, with a
photo copy of HP Registration or Placard. Space on campus is
limited. However, the Needham satellite lot is equipped with
accessible vehicles for patrons who are in wheelchairs, have difficulty walking or need assistance. The Drop-off/pick-up loca-
tion for this shuttle is just outside Gate A of Alumni Stadium.

Satellite Parking
Needham Satellite Parking: all single game ticket
holders should use the Needham Satellite parking
area and take the free shuttle bus service. This lot can
accommodate individuals with disabilities. Please refer
to the Handicap Accessible Parking section for more
information. No parking permit required.
Satellite Parking Lots: open two hours before kick-
off and close two hours after the game ends.
Directions to Needham: Take Exit 19A from Route
128. Follow Highland Avenue to the Ground Round
Restaurant. Turn Right onto First Avenue. Follow
posted signage to designated Boston College parking
areas.
Shuttle Buses: run continuously every 10 minutes
with travel time to the stadium about 15 minutes. The
pick-up and drop-off campus location is in front of the
Merkert Chemistry Center on Beacon Street. See
map.
On Campus Parking
On-Campus Parking: is reserved for Flynn Fund
donors based on gifts made during the fiscal year. For
more information, please contact the Office of Athletic
Development at 617-552-0772.
Campus Lots: open two hours before kickoff.
Permits must be displayed from the rearview mirror
at all times while parked on campus.
Limousines or RV's: are NOT permitted on
campus.
On-Street Parking: in local neighborhoods is
NOT permitted. Violators will be towed.
Tailgating Policies
Tailgating: is allowed only in William J. Flynn
Fund parking lots.
Tents: are not allowed anywhere on campus
on game day.
Gas Grills: are only permitted in designated
William J. Flynn Fund parking areas. Charcoal
grills are prohibited on campus.
Parking Garages: no grills of any kind are
allowed in parking garages.
Shea Field: opens to pedestrian traffic 30
minutes after the parking areas have opened.
All walking pedestrians entering Shea Field
must provide a game day ticket for entrance.
Alcohol: may not be carried onto Shea Field.
Glass Containers: are not allowed on Shea
Field.
Corporate Hospitality: for information on
hosting an event contact Sports Marketing at
617-552-3005.
Tailgating Privileges: Fans who do not
exercise their tailgating privileges in a responsible manner will face forfeiture of their
parking pass for the remainder of the season
and possible cancellation of season ticket privileges.
Underage Drinking: will not be tolerated.

Gameday Security - CSC
Tickets
Office Hours: Tickets can be purchased Monday-Friday
9am-5pm at the Ticket Office, located inside of
Conte Forum at Gate B.
Game Day Hours: All Ticket Office windows open
two hours prior to kickoff. If available, tickets can be
purchased at the Ticket Office or the ticket window
located at Gate E of Alumni Stadium.
Ticket Policies: All persons regardless of age, must
have a ticket for admission to Alumni Stadium.
Student Tickets: are valid ONLY for Boston
College students with a valid student ID card.
Lost, Stolen or Misplaced: tickets will not be
replaced.
Re-Entry: is NOT permitted into Alumni Stadium or
Conte Forum.
Gates: open to ticket holders 90 minutes before
kickoff.
Public Will Call: will call is located at the Ticket
Office, inside of Conte Forum at Gate B.
BC Player Guest Will Call: will call is located to
the right of Gate D at Alumni Stadium.
Visiting Team Player Guest Will Call: will call is
located to the right of Gate D at Alumni Stadium.
Media: personnel are to check-in at Gate C, Conte
Forum, North side.

Gameday Security - CSC
Alumni Stadium: is home of the Boston College
Eagles and seats 44,500.
Gates: to Alumni Stadium open 90 minutes prior to
kick-off.
Conte Forum: adjacent to Alumni Stadium offers
concession stands, merchandise stands and restrooms
open to the public on football game day.
Stadium Policies: Please take notice that the follow-ing
items and actions are NOT permitted in Alumni
Stadium or Conte Forum.
Prohibited Items: Alcoholic Beverages, Backpacks
and Bags, Banners and Signs, Cameras, Coolers &
Containers, Noisemakers (whistles or horns), Strollers,
Tripods, Umbrellas, Video cameras.
Prohibited Actions: Smoking, throwing or kicking
objects in the seating areas, disorderly conduct
(including use of profanity), standing or sitting in aisle
ways, ramps and walkways.

Guest Services
Game Day Central: Visit www.bceagles.com for
game day information including game time updates,
up-to-date weather and pre-game activities.
Guest Service Stations: are located in the parking
lots approaching Alumni Stadium where our staff can
assist you with directions and game day events.
First Aid & Medical Assistance: The First Aid
station is located on the lower concourse behind
section U, next to Gate E. For emergency care, EMT
units are located on the upper concourse, please
contact the nearest usher for assistance.
Lost & Found: items will be turned into the BC
Police Department. Please contact the Police Station
at 617-552-4440.
Ushers: are located throughout Alumni Stadium to
assist you with your visit to Boston College. Look for
our staff in clearly marked green and yellow jackets.
Game Programs: are on sale at all gates inside
Alumni Stadium.
ATM Machines: located in the North Concourse
behind section V by Gate E.
Concessions: permanent and temporary stands are
throughout Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum.
Merchandise: The Boston College Bookstore has
merchandise stands located throughout the lower
concourse of Alumni Stadium and inside Conte
Forum. The Eagle Zone Tent offers a wide assortment
of BC Merchandise and is located behind the North
End Zone of the stadium. Other options include the
main Bookstore located at McElroy Commons and at
the Administration Building next to the Hill Side Cafe.
Restrooms: are located throughout Alumni Stadium
and Conte Forum and offer baby changing stations.
Pay Phones: are located inside gates A, D and E.
Radio Broadcast: Boston College Football Games
are broadcast live on WEEI 850 AM Sports Radio
Video Board: Alumni Stadium proudly offers state
of the art, digital video scoreboard displays to add to
the atmosphere of the college football game. We're
sorry, but personal messages cannot be displayed.
Alumni Stadium & Conte Forum Maps
Disability Services
Seating: Alumni Stadium has designated seating
locations for individuals with disabilities attending
events and may be purchased with one adjacent
companion seat. Please contact the Ticket Office for
availability, and identify your need for disability seating.
Elevators: are located in the corner of each end
zone, providing service to all levels of Alumni
Stadium and Conte Forum, with the exception of the
Upper Decks.
Restrooms & Concession Stands: are accessible
throughout the lower concourse.
Public Telephones: are equipped with amplification
devices.
Parking: Please refer to the parking section for information
regarding Handicapped Accessible Parking
accomodations.

FanFest
FanFest: All fans are invited to start
their college football experience by
visiting FanFest. Conveniently located
in the Flynn Recreation Complex,
FanFest offers pre-game festivities such
as: food & beverages, inflatable
games, music, as well as mascot,
cheerleader & marching band appearances.
FanFest opens to all game
patrons two hours prior to the start of
the game and closes 15 minutes
before kickoff. Admission is FREE!
Marching Band: A tradition since the
early days of BC Football, the 140-plus
member marching band performs pre-game,
at the half and throughout every
home game, concluding with the Alma
Mater and a 20 minute post-game per-formance.
Cheerleader & Mascots: Join the BC
Cheerleaders and Mascots in supporting
the Eagles on and off the field.
Player Recognition: Join BC Football in
welcoming back a former player or group
of players, between the 1st and 2nd quar-ters
of each game. These former players
have made their mark through personal
accomplishments and significant contributions
to their communities as student-athletes
and professionals.
Special Presentations: BC Athletics also
features special presentations pre-game, at
the half and post-game including Varsity
Club Hall of Fame inductees, scholarship
and award recognition and retirement ceremonies.
The Flynn Fund: provides our student-athletes
and coaches with the resources that
are necessary to compete at the highest
level of college athletics. Donations may be
designated to any one of BC's 31 varsity
programs, or you may choose to make an
unrestricted gift to the Flynn Fund which
gives the Director of Athletics flexibility to
use the funds where they are needed the
most. Gifts to Boston College earmarked for
athletics qualify donors for membership in
the Boston College Giving Societies.
Your annual investment helps fund scholar-ships,
recruiting, facility upgrades and operating
costs. All annual gifts to Athletics are
tax deductible to the extent of the law and
Boston College's fiscal year runs from June
1 to May 31.
